this was a fun piece
all that texture in the background was pretty scary
I had the whole painting finished and it just didn't feel right
so I cover the background in this dingy yellow and dark green
with a water based oil and then whipped it all off in an up and down motion, I like the way it turned out

At first I thought this was digital art. That would have been easy with the texture. But in traditional art, it's simply gorgeous and a sign of real talent and skill to get this texture so great. Wonderful piece of art
